Account Manager - B2B Telemarketing Agency

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per annum

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the business.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of 15 customers, managing the relationship with the customer and shaping the campaign delivery to ensure we run successful lead generation campaigns, with the objective of getting customers to extend their relationship with Beanstalk, beyond their initial contract term.

Your customers will include Marketing Managers, Sales Directors, and Business Owners who want to grow their businesses and have engaged Beanstalk to provide telemarketing and email marketing services that generate sales leads.

To help our customers achieve their ambitions and to ensure we retain their business, your role will include:

• Taking a brief from new customers who have contracted a 3-6 month trial campaign about which businesses they want to target, and what their sales proposition is
• Identifying and presenting to the customer the target data to be used for the campaign
• Briefing the telemarketer assigned to each account
• Managing client communication
• Analysing campaigns to drive performance, looking at areas such as data, the sales message and the performance of the telemarketer

Skills & Experience Required

• A minimum of 2 years in a B2B Account Management role, ideally where you have managed a service, rather than a product
• An understanding of how to generate B2B Sales Leads & Appointments through telemarketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A consultative approach.

This is an office-based role at our offices in central Southend. Whilst some flexibility is available for remote working, the majority of your time will need to be spent in the office, so please do not apply for this role unless you are within an easy, daily commute of Southend-on-Sea.
