• LEADING MANUFACTURER OF COMMERCIAL HEATING SYSTEMS

Area Sales Manager – Commercial HVAC (South West South Wales)

We are working on behalf of a leading and highly respected manufacturer within the commercial heating and low carbon building services sector.

This is a specification led commercial role focused on driving growth across heat pumps, hybrid systems, and high efficiency boiler solutions.

Area: BA, BS, CF, DT, EX, GL, GY, HR, JE, LD, NP, PL, SA, SN, TA, TQ, TR, WR.

The Role

This is a highly commercial, project led specification position with a strong focus on contractor engagement and solution selling.

• selling into M&E contractors
• M&E consultants and plumbing and heating merchants
• Driving commercial heating solutions across new build and refurbishment projects
• Managing opportunities from early engagement through to installation
• Working within the low carbon and energy transition market

The Candidate

• Proven experience selling into M&E contractors is essential
• Background in HVAC, plumbing and heating, or building services
• Confident engaging multiple stakeholders across projects
• Commercially driven with a consultative approach to solution selling

The Package

• Basic salary up to £55,000
• 20% bonus
