Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the Facilities Manager in enhancing and transforming the client experience across a mixed-use Bedford site (50% labs / 50% office).
This role is largely administrative, with responsibility for team management, audits and inspections, and day-to-day coordination of soft services. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual to ensure a consistent workplace experience, deliver workplace changes, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders. You will deputise for the Facilities Manager, oversee service delivery, and help create a seamless, positive experience for all employees, guests, and clients.
