Hours: Monday to Sunday – Flexible hours   

Location : Community Based, Solihull , Acocks Green

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Female Learning and Disabilities Support Worker   to provide care and support to clients with complex needs, including:

• Low‑functioning learning disabilities
• Personal Care
• Cerebral palsy
• Autism
• Non-Verbal

You will deliver safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care in clients’ own homes, supporting daily living activities, mobility, and independence.

Essential Requirements

• Care Certificate (including Moving & Handling)
• Experience using ceiling hoists
• Previous experience supporting individuals with cerebral palsy and/or autism
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own car and business insurance
• A reliable, respectful, and compassionate approach to care
• Minimum 12-month complex care experience
