Job Description:

Construction Site Manager (DV Cleared / SC Cleared Minimum)
Location: Luton
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Start: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a refurbishment and infrastructure project on a secure site in Luton. The role requires a strong background in CDM compliance, civil engineering, electrical works, architectural packages, and building refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management of refurbishment and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and site HSE requirements.
• Coordinate civils, electrical, architectural and general building trades.
• Manage subcontractors, programme delivery, quality and client interface.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress reporting.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Current DV Clearance preferred; SC Clearance minimum requirement.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment and construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations.
• Experience managing civils and electrical packages.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills.

Desirable

• Experience working within secure government, defence or critical infrastructure environments.
• NEC contract awareness.
