Your new role

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate complex issues where required.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Support customers through a variety of communication channels.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident problem solver with a proactive approach.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
