Our client, a growing product-based e-commerce business, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop their customer service function.
The Role
- Lead, motivate and manage a customer service team
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and performance
- Handle escalated customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance service levels
- Work closely with internal departments to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency
- Drive a customer-first culture across the business
About You
- Previous experience managing and developing customer service teams is essential
- Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager role
- E-commerce or e-commerce-related experience is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the location
