As the MEP Design Manager you will be responsible for managing the design, coordination, and delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) systems on MAJOR Data Center Projects worth £40-250 Million.
You will be expected to make an impact whether that's bidding on a major project, sitting on a live project or handling 2 smaller but equally as testing scopes. The energy, attitude and focus from the owners to the Senior Leadership team is simply infectious.

This role ensures that highly resilient, energy-efficient, and compliant systems are delivered in line with program, cost, and operational requirements. You will act as the key interface between consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams, ensuring designs meet mission-critical uptime standards.
Key Responsibilities / Design Leadership
Manage MEP design from concept through to commissioning and handover.
Oversee design of critical systems including:
Review subcontractor designs and ensure alignment with employer’s requirements.
Key Skills & Experience Essential
Software Skills Needed
BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks)
Load calculation and simulation tools
Microsoft Office (Excel for technical/commercial analysis)
