Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune - White Glove) – Location no issue
Work from home, £240/day Inside IR35 – 4 month contract -
SC CLEARED**** You must have current, active government SC Clearance (Security Check) ****
4 month contract supporting a major Desktop migration – work from home – W11 & M365 experience eGovernment
A Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune - White Glove) is required by a Government dept.
This is a full-time, work from home role and to be considered for the Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune - White Glove) – you must have:
- Current active government SC (Security Check) clearance
- Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience of M365 products
- Intune for imaging and building of laptops and desktops
- Solid support skills with Windows 11
- Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users / white glove is essential
This is a Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune - White Glove) contract focused on M365 and VIP user support. You’ll be supporting users remotely at 2nd line, helping them as part of a Google to M365 migration.
You’ll work with Windows 11, M365, Intune.
