Location:           Bournemouth, Dorset

Hours:                 Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)

Contract:          Full-Time, Permanent

Salary:                Up to £30,000+ per annum (Depending on Experience)

About the Opportunity

Due to significant ongoing expansion, our client is seeking a hands-on, strategic Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a newly created, highly visible role where you will take full ownership of developing and delivering the company’s global digital marketing strategy, raising brand awareness, and driving qualified lead generation for the sales team.

While you will have the strategic backing of senior management, this position requires a "hands-on" marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys independent working, and takes pride in executing end-to-end campaigns with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into senior leadership, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Strategy & Demand Generation: Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and qualified lead generation across global markets.
• Social & Campaign Management: Creating, executing, and monitoring engaging digital and social media campaigns tailored to corporate and B2B tech audiences.
• Website & Content Management: Managing web content, ensuring digital channels are continuously updated, optimized for search engines (SEO), and aligned with commercial goals.
• Collateral & Sales Alignment: Collaborating closely with internal sales teams and commercial partners to produce targeted digital collateral and marketing tools for diverse sales channels.
• Events Management: Planning and managing both physical industry trade shows and virtual events, overseeing all promotional prep and post-event lead follow-up.
• Partner Engagement: Engaging with external partners, agencies, and distribution networks to maximize joint marketing initiatives and brand consistency.

What We Are Looking For

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in a digital marketing role within the technology sector is highly desirable.
• Strategic & Hands-On Balance: The commercial acumen to plan long-term global strategies, alongside the willingness to execute daily tactical tasks independently.
• Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical product lines into clear, compelling B2B messaging.
• Project Management: Excellent time-management skills with a strong consciousness of deadlines, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
