Electrically biased Maintenance Team Leader

Goole (DN14)

Days Only | Mon-Thu 8am-4:30pm | Fri Finish 2pm

Join a well-established manufacturing business as the Electrical Maintenance Team Leader, leading a small engineering team while remaining hands-on with maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior maintenance engineer ready to step into leadership, or an experienced team leader looking for a stable days-based role with no weekend working.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support a small team of one mechanically biased and one newly qualified engineer.

Manage and develop the Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) programme.

Prioritise maintenance activities and coordinate engineering resources.

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance.

Support production teams with engineering solutions.

Maintain compliance, documentation and safety standards.

Assist with contractor management and site improvement projects.
