Job Description:

Location: Welwyn Garden City – Office Based
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £47,500 per annum

The Role

Sureserve are looking for an experienced Electrical QS / Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an office-based position in Welwyn Garden City, supporting the delivery and quality of electrical works.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical works and ensure they are completed to a high standard.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support the management and supervision of electrical teams and contractors.
• Review electrical works, documentation and certification.
• Ensure health & safety and company procedures are followed.
• Liaise with clients, operatives and management teams.
• Monitor quality, productivity and performance across projects.

Requirements

• Qualified electrical background with strong industry experience.
• Previous QS, Electrical Supervisor or similar experience.
• Good knowledge of electrical regulations and compliance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage contractors and work effectively with internal teams.
• Social housing / maintenance experience would be advantageous.
