Location: Sheffield (Office-Based with Flexibility)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Elevation Recruitment are working with an established and growing business in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to Directors. This is a pivotal role supporting a senior leadership team, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Executive Assistant, Senior PA, or Executive Support professional looking to become a trusted partner to key decision-makers within a successful organisation.
The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Directors, you will provide comprehensive, high-level support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and helping to maximise the effectiveness of the leadership team.
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple Directors
- Coordinating meetings, board-level appointments, and strategic planning sessions
- Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting packs
- Taking ownership of correspondence and communication on behalf of Directors
- Arranging domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Acting as a key liaison between Directors, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Supporting project coordination and tracking key business initiatives
- Organising company events, leadership meetings, and executive-level engagements
- Anticipating requirements and proactively resolving issues before they arise
About You
We are looking for a professional, proactive, and highly capable Executive Assistant who can build trusted relationships at all levels of the business.
- Proven experience supporting Directors, Executives, or Senior Leadership Teams
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- The ability to work with autonomy and manage competing priorities
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
- Experience working within a fast-paced corporate environment
