Field Operations Transition Program Manager

📍 Remote (with occasional travel to Dublin)

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a leading global technology client to find a talented Field Operations Transition Program Manager to support the delivery of cutting-edge data center projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes on large-scale infrastructure that powers modern digital services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end transition of new data centers into live operations
• Act as the key point of contact across engineering, construction, and operations teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle
• Ensure smooth integration of new infrastructure into operational environments
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Support onboarding and readiness of operations teams
• Conduct site acceptance activities and review critical documentation
• Partner with third-party vendors to ensure operational readiness

What We’re Looking For

• Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) infrastructure within data center or critical environments
• Design and/or project delivery experience, with a solid understanding of project lifecycles
• Proven background as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar construction-focused role
• Hands-on experience working in data centre critical environments, with an understanding of uptime, resilience, and operational constraints

Nice to Have

• Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, or similar)
• Exposure to data analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure or construction/commissioning environments
• Experience with building management systems or automation
