We're recruiting for a Full Stack Java Developer in Weston-super-Mare to join a growing development team delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.

• Hybrid working in Weston-super-Mare (2 days in office)
• Opportunity to work on modern cloud-based development projects
• Involvement in full lifecycle development projects
• Work with modern frameworks, APIs, and scalable systems
• Be part of an expanding and innovative technology team

• Developing and maintaining Java and J2EE applications
• Supporting both front-end and back-end development projects
• Building integrations across multiple systems and platforms
• Participating in peer code reviews and technical walkthroughs
• Supporting application testing, deployment, and release processes
• Collaborating with developers on production issues and enhancements
• Working with RESTful Web Services and APIs

To be successful as a Full Stack Java Developer, you should have:

• Experience within Java and J2EE software development
• Knowledge of React, Struts, and RESTful Web Services
• Strong coding skills in Java
• Understanding of testing practices including JUnit and regression testing
• Experience using Git, SVN, or Eclipse
• Interest in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or Linux environments would be beneficial
• A Computer Science degree or equivalent commercial experience
