Graduate Software Engineer
London

An early stage technology company is hiring a Graduate Software Engineer into its R&D team. The business has built a cloud platform that turns real world audio and video into structured, actionable intelligence for commercial customers, and is scaling quickly as the product goes to market.

The role
The successful candidate will work across the AI and ML systems behind the platform. The team is small, so the focus can chage week to week and the role offers real breadth from day one. That includes prompt engineering against multimodal models, retrieval and agent systems, computer vision, and the backend services and evaluation tooling that hold it all together.

What is needed

• A strong degree in computer science or a related STEM subject from a leading university
• Hands on exposure to LLM APIs or machine learning through projects, internships or placements
• Curiosity and the instinct to dig into the data when something looks wrong
• Experience with Go, Python or C is useful.
