Internal Sales Coordinator Job in New Milton

Our client is a well-established, family owned, and successful manufacturer based in New Milton. They specialise in product design and tooling, providing a complete end-to-end manufacturing service. They are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting and varied role for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, building relationships, and taking a proactive approach to developing sales opportunities.

Salary and Benefits:

• A salary of £28,000 - £31,000 per annum
• Working Monday to Friday 36 hours per week
• Onsite parking
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Pension contribution

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming sales enquiries received via telephone, email and other communication channels
• Responding to customer enquiries promptly, professionally and efficiently
• Understanding customer requirements and providing relevant information to help progress potential sales
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Ensuring all enquiries are recorded accurately and followed through to the appropriate next stage
• Revisiting previous enquiries and correspondence to identify opportunities that may not have progressed initially
• Maintaining regular communication with potential customers through telephone calls and professionally written emails
• Preparing engaging follow-up emails to encourage further discussion and generate interest
• Assisting with the preparation and delivery of marketing campaigns to generate new enquiries and sales opportunities
• Providing feedback to the marketing team on customer responses, enquiries and campaign performance
• Supporting email marketing and customer communication initiatives
• Maintaining accurate customer information, enquiry records, and sales data
