Job Description:

Junior Biomedical Engineer

Providing on-site medical equipment repairs, preventative maintenance and asset management within a busy hospital environment, this permanent Junior Biomedical Engineer position will involve working closely with customers and clinical teams to provide a high level of service and minimise disruption to hospital operations.

Duties:

• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on medical equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Complete repairs on a broad range of medical equipment
• Schedule and complete workloads within the assigned area
• Complete all associated administration and maintain accurate service documentation
• Maintain tools, test equipment and spare parts in line with required standards

Experience required:

• Certified OEM training
• Qualification in engineering, electronics or medical technologies
• 1-3 years UK-based experience on medical equipment
