3 days a week out on the road & 2 days at home

Covering Shropshire & Midlands 

£45 - £50,000 + commission + Company Car

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and tailored service offerings.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to deliver customized solutions.
• Monitor account performance using analysis skills to track KPIs, sales metrics, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage client information, track interactions, and streamline communication processes.

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of managing key accounts effectively.
