Are you a senior embedded specialist with the technical depth to drive architecture and the leadership presence to head a high-calibre platform team? My client is looking for an Embedded Software Lead to take ownership of the software foundation for products trusted in mission-critical environments globally.

As the Embedded Software Lead, you will evolve a proven legacy platform while accelerating innovation across a connectivity range.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team, coaching engineers and raising standards
• Set direction & architecture and driving root-cause thinking for high-reliability systems
• Being a hands-on developer, whilst making the time to lead projects

Required Experience:

• Expertise in Embedded C on Linux for resource-constrained hardware and complex SoC environments.
• Experience leading a software team
