Lead HVAC Engineer (Heating & Air Conditioning)

Covering Midlands Patch Ideally Based Commutable To Nottingham
£35,000 - £45,000 + Company Van + Progression to Team Leader/Supervisor + 40-Hour Week + Varied Work + Benefits
Are you an experienced HVAC Installer with an F-Gas qualification, looking to join a growing company offering a long-term career and progression into a Team Leader/Supervisor role?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing heating and air conditioning specialist working across domestic and council contracts.

You will take responsibility for installing, wiring and commissioning air conditioning and heating systems, working independently with assistant labor provided on site.

As the company continues to grow, there is genuine scope to build and lead your own team of installers.
The Role:

• Installing, wiring and commissioning domestic AC and heating systems
• Managing your own workload and van stock
• Directing on site assistants
• Fault finding and problem-solving on site
• Opportunity to progress into a Team Leader/Supervisor role
• No Stay Aways

The Person:

• Experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Installer
• F-Gas qualified - essential
• Confident with electrical wiring and commissioning
• Strong technical and fault finding skills
• Able to work independently
• Own tools required
