Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Are you an experienced M&E BIM Coordinator looking for the next step in your career?

We are working with an ambitious and expanding MEP contractor delivering a range of high-quality mechanical and electrical projects across the commercial, residential and wider building services sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an M&E BIM Coordinator who is keen to build a long-term career within the business.

The Role

As an M&E BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating mechanical and electrical building services information across live projects, working closely with design, project management and site teams.

You will be involved in:

• Coordinating M&E models and design information across projects
• Managing and resolving clashes using BIM coordination processes
• Working closely with design teams, project managers and subcontractors
• Reviewing drawings, models and technical information
• Supporting the delivery of coordinated MEP designs
• Attending design and coordination meetings
• Assisting with the development of BIM processes and standards
• Supporting project teams with technical and coordination issues
• Working with Revit, Navisworks and other relevant BIM software

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience working as an M&E BIM Coordinator, MEP Coordinator, BIM Engineer or similar role within the building services or construction industry.

You should have:

• Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical services
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination processes
• Experience using Revit and Navisworks
• The ability to read and understand M&E drawings and models
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to take on responsibility
• Ambition to progress into a management position
