Looking for a role that gives you four days off every week?

We're seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on a permanent night shift pattern working three 12-hour shifts (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Due to continued growth and ongoing investment in our manufacturing operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business within the UK window manufacturing industry.

We are especially keen to hear from candidates with experience in machine operation, machine setting, machine tending, or extrusion processes. If you are a hands-on individual with a strong focus on quality and are looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity, we would welcome your application.

The Role

As an Extrusion Operative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery used in the production of high-quality window profiles. You'll play a vital role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
