Managed Services Technical Lead

I am recruiting on behalf of a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to add a Managed Services Technical Lead to their ever-increasing team. This role is a growth role, and they are looking for someone who can lead the existing internal functions and the managed services offering. 

You will be tasked with but not limited to:

• Design and configuration of the platform and modules – ITSM, CSM, ITOM.
• Supporting day to day operation of the platform.
• Working with the current team to fulfill business requirements, whilst using your knowledge to push and promote improvements to generate and increase return on investment.

What we are looking for:

• Proven ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience and knowledge of languages such as: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience working in a Domain Separated Platform
• ServiceNow certification would be advantageous: System Administrator, CIS-ITSM.
• ITIL v4 Foundation qualified would also be preferable.
