Support Services Technical Lead - ServiceNow

I am recruiting on behalf of a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to add a Managed Services Technical Lead to their ever-increasing team. This role is a growth role, and they are looking for someone who can scope, design solutions and deliver.

You will be tasked with but not limited to:

·        Design and configuration of the platform and modules – ITSM, CSM, ITOM.

·        Supporting day to day operation of the platform.

·        Working with the current team to fulfill business requirements, whilst using your knowledge to push and promote improvements to generate and increase return on investment.

What we are looking for:

·        Proven ServiceNow development experience.

·        Experience and knowledge of languages such as: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

·        Experience working in a Domain Separated Platform

·        ServiceNow certification would be advantageous: System Administrator, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM.

·        ITIL v4 Foundation qualified would also be preferable.
