Marketing & PR Manager

Hybrid | London | Full Time | Permanent

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing & PR Manager who loves telling stories, building brands and delivering campaigns that make an impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead marketing and communications for a respected insurance organisation. You'll have the freedom to shape strategy, drive PR, create engaging content and raise the profile of an organisation with an influential voice.

What you'll be doing

No two days will be the same. You'll be:

• Driving the organisation's marketing, communications and PR strategy.
• Creating engaging content across digital, social media, email and web.
• Leading media relations, securing coverage and identifying PR opportunities.
• Promoting high-profile events, partnerships and sponsorships.
• Building a consistent, engaging brand across every touchpoint.
• Using insight and analytics to continually improve campaign performance.
• Working closely with senior leaders and external partners to bring ideas to life.

What we're looking for

You're a confident marketing professional who combines creativity with commercial thinking. You enjoy getting stuck in, can juggle multiple projects and know how to turn ideas into results.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in marketing, PR or communications within the insurance or financial services sector
• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability.
• Experience managing social media, websites, email marketing and integrated campaigns.
• A data-driven approach to measuring success and improving performance.
• Outstanding organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HubSpot and WordPress would be an advantage.
