Mobile Electrical Engineer | Kent | Up to £42,000 + Overtime + Company Benefits
Location: Kent (Covering sites across Kent & Medway)
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Overtime + Call-Out (1 in 6)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

We're recruiting for a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to maintain a portfolio of high-profile transport and infrastructure sites across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term contract offering excellent benefits, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.

The Role

As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance

• Fault finding and repairing electrical systems and building services equipment

• Maintaining lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and small power systems

• Completing electrical testing, inspections and minor installations

• Assisting with basic mechanical and plumbing maintenance where required

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

• Completing electronic job reports and maintenance records

• Building strong relationships with clients across multiple sites

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Mobile Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (desirable)

• Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Full UK Driving Licence
