New Homes Sales Consultant / Sales Executive

Location: Harrogate 
Salary: £26,000 Basic + Excellent Commission Package

Are you passionate about property sales and looking to develop your career with a leading new homes developer? We're looking for a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join our successful development in Harrogate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months' experience in new homes sales or a similar property sales environment. If you have experience working on a new build development and understand the customer journey from reservation through to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

The Development

• Stunning development of approximately 250 plots
• Mixture of 2, 3 & 4-bedroom homes
• High-quality homes from a well-respected developer

Working Pattern

• Tuesday and Wednesday off every week
• Only 1 in every 14 weekends off (approximately 4-5 weekends per year)

The Role

• Welcome and qualify prospective purchasers.
• Conduct show home and development tours.
• Guide customers through the entire buying journey from enquiry to completion.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage the sales process accurately using CRM systems.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and the wider business to ensure a smooth customer experience.

About You

• Minimum 1 year's experience in new homes sales or residential property sales.
• Understanding of the new build sales process.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Target-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
