Job Description:- Responsible for core technical planning of full-engine and component overhaul operations; formulate end-to-end solutions from engine induction to final delivery.
- Coordinate with technical interface departments to ensure all maintenance elements comply with company quality manuals, operating procedures, and airworthiness regulations.
- Manage and maintain technical documentation related to full-engine overhaul and component repair planning.
- Responsible for CCAR-145 maintenance organization certification applications.
- Responsible for planning and requirement justification for hardware and software facilities for engine/component maintenance
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above.
- Majors in Aeroengine Design, Aeroengine Maintenance Engineering,or related fields.Familiar with civil aviation regulations e.g., CCAR-121, CCAR-145,
- 3+ years of civil aeroengine experience e.g., engine MRO personnel OR 5+ years of civil aviation engineering experience e.g., airline or MRO engineering technical managers; experience sending engines for overhaul or performing overhaul is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, communication, and coordination skills.
Candidates must have an aviation industry background in airline engine overhaul management or engine MRO facilities.
Candidates must be willing to live and work in Shanghai for 1-3 years initial contract.
