Job Description:

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll Administrator to join their Employee Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to play a key role in delivering an efficient, accurate, and high-quality payroll service across multiple payrolls.

• Provide first-line payroll support via phone, email, and helpdesk enquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.
• Administer and process payroll for three separate payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process payroll data in line with payroll schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with HMRC regulations, payroll legislation, and company procedures.
• Ensure confidential employee data is managed in accordance with GDPR requirements.
• Liaise effectively with third-party providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the wider Employee Services function with payroll administration and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Previous payroll administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.
• Good understanding of payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and GDPR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
• CIPP qualified or currently working towards a CIPP qualification.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance.
