Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily work packages for engineers.
• Allocate service tickets based on engineer skills, location and availability.
• Optimise driving routes to maximise productivity.
• Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate tools, equipment and materials required for jobs.
• Source parts from suppliers and track deliveries to prevent delays.
• Support the helpdesk with scheduling and job updates.
• Liaise with engineers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in planning and scheduling, ideally within engineering, facilities or maintenance.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using IT and scheduling systems.
• A proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
