Type of Job: Contract (6 Months)

Mode of work: Hybrid –2 Days on site in a week

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• Strong Product Owner or Product Management experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Commercial Lending products and lending processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Product backlog management and prioritisation expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable user stories.

Desirable

• Experience with Lending Origination, Lending Servicing, CRM, or Workflow platforms.
• Knowledge of Credit Risk, Regulatory Compliance, and Operational Risk.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Understanding of digital customer journeys and customer-centric design
