FLT Driver / General Operative

📍 Droitwich
🕒 Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
🕒 Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
💷 £13.41 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy manufacturing company based in Droitwich. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of warehouse, production, and stores duties within a fast-paced environment.
The position will initially involve cleaning out production vessels using a jet wash, alongside supporting the day-to-day operations of the stores department.

Duties Include:

• Cleaning production vessels using a jet wash
• Moving stock between warehouses
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the stores department
• General warehouse and production duties
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous warehouse, stores, or manufacturing experience is beneficial
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on duties
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
