FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 12 months

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist experienced operators in operating rolling mills and related machinery.
• Monitor production processes according to production schedules and customer specifications and report any deviations or issues.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to maintain high quality standards.
• Participate in routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain product quality.
• Adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.

Skills

• Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is preferred but not mandatory. We encourage enthusiastic and motivated individuals to apply.
• Basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
• Enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and growing within the company.
• Understanding safety procedures and willingness to comply with all safety guidelines.

Working Hours:

2 Vacancies available. Please see below for availabile shifts:

1 x 4 on / 4 off (2 Days / 2 Nights - 12 hour shifts. 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

1 x Mon - Fri 16/5 (6am-2pm first week, 2pm-10pm following week. 8 hour shifts)
