Description

• Manage and oversee the PMO function for finance-related technology programmes.
• Ensure project governance, standards, and methodologies are followed.
• Track and report on project performance against objectives and budgets.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on course.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning across the portfolio.
• Maintain documentation, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams as needed.

Profile

A successful Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager should have:

• Experience in managing PMO functions within the technology or finance domain.
• Strong understanding of project governance and methodologies.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and tracking project performance.
• The ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Familiarity with resource allocation and capacity planning processes.

Job Offer

• Salary dependent on the level of experience, ranging from £60,000 to £70,000.
• Hybrid Working arrangements.
• 12-month FTC.
