We're looking for a proven leader to take ownership of a growing project delivery division, leading high-value Active Fire projects across the UK while driving operational excellence, commercial performance and client satisfaction.

The Role

As Project Director, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the delivery of multiple Active Fire projects across the UK

• Managing and developing a team of Project Managers and delivery professionals

• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards

• Building and maintaining key client relationships

• Driving commercial performance across the project portfolio

• Supporting business growth and operational improvements

• Working closely with senior leadership to shape delivery strategy

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practice

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within the Active Fire industry

• Strong background delivering Fire Alarm projects

• Experience managing multiple Project Managers and large project portfolios

• Commercial awareness with responsibility for project performance

• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent

• Willingness to travel across the UK when required
