£25,000 to £35,000 + Commission
Birmingham City Centre
Full-Time, Permanent
7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (Reduced Hours During School Holidays)

Smile Education is looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) division, supporting our partnership with Enquire Learning Trust.

This is a delivery-focused role where you'll work closely with schools, candidates and partner agencies to ensure schools have access to high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff when they need them. If you have experience in recruitment, account management, resourcing or staffing coordination , we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements across a network of schools.
• Build strong relationships with school leaders, candidates and partner agencies.
• Source, screen and interview education professionals.
• Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems.
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability.
• Resolve staffing issues and provide proactive recruitment solutions.
• Manage timesheets and placement administration.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or staffing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
