We're now looking for an experienced Billing Manager to join our established and successful Horsham office.

The Opportunity

The Horsham office has been established since 1989 and has built a strong reputation across the Sussex market, with longstanding relationships with many of the region's leading contractors and an established, profitable client base.

This is more than an opportunity to manage a billing desk.

Working closely with one of the Group Directors, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the office, supporting and developing the team while helping to drive its next phase of growth.

For the right person, this is a genuine opportunity to build towards senior leadership, Directorship and ultimately shareholding within ITS.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, manage and develop a team of recruitment consultants and resourcers.
• Drive office performance, billing, revenue and profitability.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Identify and win new business, while supporting consultants to develop their own client portfolios.
• Set high standards across customer service, delivery and operational performance.
• Coach and mentor the team, helping individuals maximise their potential.
• Lead from the front commercially, while creating a positive and accountable office culture.
• Work closely with senior leadership to deliver growth strategies and identify new opportunities.

About You

You'll be an experienced recruiter with a strong commercial track record and the ambition to take the next step.

You may already be a Billing Manager, or you could be a Senior or Managing Consultant ready to take on your first leadership role.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in recruitment management, team leadership or a senior billing role.
• A proven ability to generate revenue and develop successful teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.
• The confidence and communication skills to work with clients, candidates and senior stakeholders.
• A hands-on, positive and accountable approach.
• The ambition to build a successful business, not simply manage a desk.

Experience within construction recruitment would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. We're also interested in experienced recruiters from relationship-led sectors where long-term client development and consultative sales are central to success.
