Location: Leeds – Flexible Hybrid Working / Remote Options

Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 Basic Depending on Experience + Guaranteed Bonus + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100,000+)

Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and supportive team, developing a specialist desk within the Construction and Property recruitment markets.

The Role – Construction Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing a profitable specialist recruitment desk within the Construction sector.

You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and client acquisition through to candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement and ongoing account management.

You will have the opportunity to recruit across a variety of specialist construction and related professional markets, including Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Site Management, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Design and Technical, Commercial Construction, Housebuilding, Infrastructure and Property.

The role will involve working across permanent, contract and interim recruitment assignments, with opportunities to develop relationships on a retained, exclusive and contingency basis.

You will be encouraged to develop your own specialist market, build long-term client relationships and maximise the profitability of your recruitment desk.

Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Recruitment Consultant, Managing Recruitment Consultant or Executive Search Consultant with a proven fee-earning track record within a recruitment agency.

Previous recruitment agency experience is essential, but you do not necessarily need to have recruited within Construction.

We are particularly interested in speaking with successful consultants from Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, FMCG, Food, Facilities Management, Property, Professional Services, IT, Technology, Medical, Pharmaceutical and Executive Search recruitment backgrounds.

This could be an excellent opportunity for an established 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to move into Construction Recruitment, or an existing Construction Recruiter seeking a more flexible working environment, better rewards and a supportive business.

Salary, Commission & Benefits

The basic salary is £35,000 to £60,000 depending on experience, with a guaranteed bonus and an excellent uncapped commission structure. The earning potential is substantial, with an OTE of £100,000+ for successful performers.
