Starting salary: £32,000 + uncapped commission from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll connect talented education professionals with schools across the UK.

You'll be responsible for:

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates

• Building candidate relationships

• Developing relationships with schools and clients

• Matching candidates to opportunities

• Managing your own pipeline

• Working towards weekly KPIs

• Business development

• Sales and negotiation

• Growing client accounts

• Building your network

• Learning advanced sales, communication and influencing skills

You won't be expected to know recruitment from day one.

We'll invest in you.

You'll receive structured training, daily coaching and ongoing development from experienced recruitment professionals.
