Key Responsibilities

• Building relationships with professionals across civil engineering, technology and infrastructure sectors
• Work with our existing clients and developing new business opportunities across the sector.
• Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
• Conducting candidate qualification calls and interviews
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
• Writing job adverts and candidate marketing campaigns
• Supporting business development activities with prospective and existing clients
• Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
• Developing market knowledge within your specialist sector
• Working towards weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
