Salary: Negotiable, with uncapped commission and earning potential in excess of £75,000 OTE

KBB Recruitment are representing a growing contract kitchen company specialising in delivering kitchen solutions for large-scale residential developments across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business with a strong focus on contract installations, high-rise residential developments and purpose-built student accommodation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving regional growth, developing strategic relationships and securing significant new contracts.

About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to drive business development across the South, identifying and securing new contract opportunities within the high-rise residential and student accommodation sectors.

The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, confident building relationships with developers and main contractors, and experienced in securing business within these markets.

Previous experience in high-rise residential developments and/or student accommodation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the South.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, main contractors, housebuilders and student accommodation providers.
• Target high-rise residential projects and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) developments.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective projects and contract opportunities.
• Identify developments at an early stage to maximise opportunities for kitchen supply and installation.
• Attend client meetings, presentations and industry networking events.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure new contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming developments.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract award to project delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records and business development reports.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within the construction, kitchen, interiors or building products industry.
• Essential experience in high-rise residential developments and/or student accommodation.
• An established network of contacts within property development, main contracting or student accommodation would be advantageous.
• Experience identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts and developing long-term client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a proven ability to generate new business.
• Ability to manage a regional territory and work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the South.
