Regional Sales Manager – Midlands & East of England

Hybrid | £45,000–£50,000 + Commission + Company Car + Benefits

A leading UK manufacturer of specialist medical captal sales is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support direct customer accounts across the Midlands and East of England. This hybrid role combines office collaboration with field‑based autonomy, offering strong earning potential and the chance to make a real impact in the healthcare sector.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with direct and NHS customers, responding to enquiries, and securing new business opportunities. This is a hands‑on role requiring both strategic planning and practical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow direct and NHS customer accounts
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies in collaboration with marketing colleagues
• Identify and approach new opportunities and prospective customers
• Deliver presentations, product training and in‑person demonstrations
• Assess and evaluate customer equipment needs to provide tailored solutions
• Analyse data and produce clear, actionable reports
• Promote and maintain a strong, positive brand image

About You

• Proven experience in sales, ideally B2B and/or healthcare sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strategic thinker with problem‑solving ability and commercial awareness
• Confident working independently and using initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience with CRM systems (knowledge of Sicon CRM advantageous)
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
