Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home (EBD)

Redditch, Worcestershire
£52,000 - £60,000 + Bonus Scheme

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established 4-bed children's home in Redditch supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and successful service that is currently rated Good by Ofsted and has a strong, experienced staff team already in place.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the service, ensuring children receive high-quality care and support while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

You will lead and develop the staff team, drive positive outcomes for young people, and continue building on the home's strong reputation and performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential EBD setting
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• Proven history of achieving positive inspection outcomes
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
