We are seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop our two-bed children's residential home in the Southampton area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager looking to take the next step into registration, or an established Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive and growing organisation.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management and day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring children and young people receive high-quality care that promotes positive outcomes, stability and personal growth.

You will ensure the home operates in accordance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, maintains regulatory compliance and strives to deliver the highest standards of care in line with Budwood policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will work closely with the wider management team and professional support services to ensure the home operates effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include leadership and development of the staff team, safeguarding, care planning, quality assurance and maintaining positive relationships with local authorities and other key stakeholders.

You will be supported by a network of experienced professionals across Clinical Services, Education, Quality Assurance, Human Resources and Learning and Development, alongside dedicated Area Manager support, ensuring you have everything needed to succeed and deliver the very best outcomes for the children and young people in your care.
