Retail & Brand Commercial Manager

We're partnering with a global entertainment and consumer products business to recruit a Retail & Brand Commercial Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with an impressive portfolio of globally recognised brands, where you'll play a key role in shaping retail marketing strategies across the UK & Ireland.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing expertise with commercial awareness and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders to deliver campaigns that make a measurable impact.

The Role

You'll lead the development and delivery of retail marketing initiatives that support both brand awareness and commercial growth. Working closely with retail partners, commercial teams, category managers and creative stakeholders, you'll create campaigns that engage consumers, strengthen retailer relationships and drive sales performance.

You'll also use data and market insights to influence strategy, prepare compelling presentations and business reviews, and ensure marketing plans are aligned with wider commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver retail marketing plans across the UK & Ireland.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and sales across multiple retail channels.
• Partner with key retail accounts to develop bespoke marketing activations that meet their individual needs.
• Work closely with commercial, category and brand teams to support business growth and licensing objectives.
• Identify consumer trends and market opportunities to inform future marketing activity.
• Manage external agencies and media partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and share insights and recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, pitch materials and business reviews using data to support commercial decision-making.
• Build strong working relationships across internal teams and with external retail partners.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking and has a proven track record of delivering successful retail marketing campaigns.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing or trade marketing.
• A strong understanding of how marketing supports commercial performance.
• Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital and social marketing, with an understanding of influencer activity.
• Experience working with media agencies or managing marketing partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and market data.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders.

Experience working within licensing, FMCG, consumer products, retail or entertainment would be advantageous, but we're open to candidates from other fast-paced consumer-focused industries.
