Are you a passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely change lives?

We're working with a specialist education setting supporting children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs

• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Helping students access learning in a way that works for them
• Building positive, trusting relationships that help pupils thrive
• Supporting behaviour positively and encouraging independence
• Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver the best outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Support Worker or similar role
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who wants to make a lasting impact every single day
