Senior Agile Delivery Manager - Government/GDS
Based at client locations, working remotely, or based in our Godalming or Milton Keynes offices.
Salary up to £75,000 plus excellent company benefits.

Role Summary

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Delivery Manager who brings more than just technical know-how. At the heart of this role lies a strong foundation in Agile Project and Delivery Management, paired with inspirational leadership, sharp commercial instincts, and a solid understanding of procurement processes. You'll have a proven track record of delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions, particularly in mission-critical, public-facing systems within Cloud-based environments, and demonstrable experience preparing for and passing GDS assessments across government‑led digital projects.

Equally important are your communication and presentation skills. You'll lead and energise a team of 5-10 professionals, guiding them through complex challenges while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your ability to see the bigger picture, fill organisational gaps, and adapt quickly to change will be key to your success.
