Senior Brand Account Manager - Creative Production
West London | Hybrid | Permanent

We're looking for an experienced Senior Brand Account Manager to manage high-profile creative production projects across packaging, gifting, influencer campaigns and brand activations.

You'll own key brand relationships, lead projects from brief through to delivery, and work closely with creative, production, procurement and client teams to deliver outstanding work on time, on budget and to a high standard.

The Role

• Act as the senior day-to-day contact for assigned brand accounts.
• Manage creative, packaging, gifting and promotional projects from initial brief to final delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and support a small account management team.
• Translate client ideas into practical and commercially viable solutions.
• Coordinate creative, artwork, production, manufacturing and fulfilment activity.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quotes, purchase orders and invoicing.
• Monitor multiple live projects and proactively identify risks, issues and opportunities.
• Quality-check creative and production materials before client approval and manufacture.
• Track project activity, spend, stock, orders and delivery performance.
• Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Resolve challenges quickly and escalate significant risks where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the overall client experience.

About You:

You'll have experience in account management, client services, creative production or project management, ideally within an agency, retail, FMCG, packaging or similar environment.

You'll be:

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone who combines strong account management skills with an understanding of creative production.

You don't need to be a technical production expert, but you should be confident discussing creative concepts, packaging, materials, print, manufacturing and delivery requirements - and know how to turn a client's idea into something that can actually be produced.
