Senior Estimator – High profile Building Contractor

The Company
A well-established regional building contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-value projects across a diverse range of sectors. Continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the pre-construction team.

The Role
The Senior Estimator will take ownership of the tendering process from first principles, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for major regional construction projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in securing new business and supporting the company's continued expansion.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in a Senior Estimator or Estimator position within the construction industry.
• Strong capability in pricing projects from first principles.
• Track record of successfully tendering and winning high-value building projects.
• Experience across a variety of building sectors would be advantageous.
• Excellent commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Remuneration
A highly competitive salary (circa £85-90,000 per annum), commensurate with experience, plus car allowance, enhanced pension scheme and benefits package is available, together with the opportunity to work on prestigious regional projects within a successful and growing business.
