Senior Health and Safety Advisor
Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance and Benefits
London (with regional travel)

Are you passionate about creating safer construction sites and ensuring health and safety compliance?

We are seeking a proactive Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading Principal Contractor committed to excellence in health safety, and environmental standards. This role involves coordinating with site teams to uphold the company's safety management system and promote a positive safety culture across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental procedures across construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Support the development and review of Construction Health & Safety Plans.
• Assist in incident investigations, corrective actions, and fostering continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Effective communicator with strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience in construction health and safety management on multiple sites.
• Good knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
